*This package requires a credit check and 3 year monitoring agreement at $24.95.
$99.00 installation fee, along with the first three months monitoring, to be collected at time of installation.  This package also requires a land line or VOIP phone at residence.
A total of $173.85 will be paid at time of installation.
Monitoring will be billed monthly in advance by credit card or bank draft.

The Linear Personal Emergency Reporting System (PERS) is a supervised wireless emergency reporting system designed for medical alert applications.  It can either be table top or wall mounted and has Braille characters for the visual impaired.  It is 2-way voice compatible.  The console can support up to 16 Linear wireless devices, including motion, smoke and panic transmitters.  Transmitter low battery and failure to report within 24 hours will be sent to the central monitoring station and will be visually indicated on the console via lighting the “TROUBLE” light.  Audible notification of alarm conditions are done with a digitized voice.  The alarm conditions are: “EMERGENCY”, “FIRE”, and “TIMER DONE SOON”.

The optional activity timer can be set for 8, 12, or 24 hours of non activity reporting.  The activity timer can be reset via the console “HOME” button or motion detection.

The console can be programmed to act as a speaker phone.  When the phone is ringing it can be answered by pressing the emergency button on the console or by pressing the pendant.
